Athletics and University Enterprises

Janet R. Cone, Senior Administrator for University Enterprises and Athletics Director, has given delegation of signature authority to:

Signature authority will remain primarily with Janet R. Cone, and secondarily with Judith Bohan with regard to financial matters and Terri Brne and/or Mike Gore, Associate AD's for other emergency matters.

Chancellor’s Division

Chancellor Ponder has given delegation of signature authority to:

Christine Riley - signature authority for all documents that fall within the purview of the Chancellor’s Office.

Christine Riley, Chief of Staff, has given delegation of signature authority to:

Elizabeth R "Buffy" Bagwell - signature authority for all documents that fall within the purview of Human Resources, Affirmative Action, Benefits and Professional Development that do not exceed $50,000.

Deborah Griffith - signature authority for all documents that fall within the purview of Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Branding, and News Services that do not exceed $50,000.

Kevan Frazier - signature authority for all documents that fall within the purview of Alumni Relations and University Events that do not exceed $50,000.

Catherine Frank - signature authority for all documents that fall within the purview of the North Carolina Center for Creative Retirement that do not exceed $50,000.

David Gardner - signature authority for all documents that fall within the purview of the North Carolina Center for Health & Wellness that do not exceed $50,000.

Finance & Campus Operations

John Pierce, Vice Chancellor for Finance & Campus Operations, has given delegation of signature authority to:

Suzanne Bryson - signature authority for all documents that fall within the purview of Finance that do not exceed $50,000.

Student Affairs

Dr. Bill Haggard, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, has given delegation of signature authority to: 

Jackie McHargue - signature authority for all documents that fall within the purview of Student Affairs that do not exceed $50,000.

Nancy Yeager - signature authority for all documents that fall within the purview of Student Affairs that do not exceed $50,000.
